What is Vora Campaigns?
Campaigns is Vora's native email marketing, built into every space. It works like Mailchimp or Zoho, but it is integrated with your community, so it already knows your idea submitters, voters and followers and the events happening in your space. That means audiences and automations build themselves, with no data plumbing to set up.
Which plans include Campaigns?
Bulk email campaigns are available on the Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans. Free Starter spaces can see the Campaigns area and use an API to push contacts and send single transactional emails, but cannot send bulk campaigns until they upgrade.
Which email providers does Campaigns support?
You bring your own email provider. Campaigns supports Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES and plain SMTP. Sending through your own account means your deliverability and sender reputation stay yours.
Is Campaigns GDPR compliant?
Campaigns is GDPR-first. Consent is default-deny and scoped to each space, one-click unsubscribe and a suppression list are built in, and the relationship is clear: your space is the data controller and Vora is the processor.
How are the funnels triggered?
Funnels are triggered by real activity inside your space. Examples include welcoming a new follower, inviting past submitters when you launch a new challenge, sending results and thanks when voting closes, and re-engaging dormant voters. There is no separate tracking layer to wire up.
Can free Starter spaces use the Campaigns API?
Yes. Free Starter spaces can use the API to push contacts into Campaigns and to send single transactional emails. Sending bulk marketing campaigns requires the Growth, Pro or Enterprise plan.
