Take the hashed bytes for a decision and keccak256 them. You should get the leaf.
Fold the leaf with the merkle path, pairwise keccak256, to get the merkle root.
Open the transaction and confirm the same root was committed to the VoteAuditLog contract on Base, and when.

A withdrawal is anchored the same way a grant is, so Vora cannot remove one after the fact. Decisions shown as not yet anchored are real but still waiting for the next batch.

What the two words mean

VERIFIED means control of the asset itself was demonstrated: a file, a DNS record, a certificate, or a link clicked at an address only its administrator receives.

LINKED is weaker and is never treated as control. It means a domain this space HAS verified points at the account, which is real evidence and is not proof the space holds it.
